The lecturer of the knowledge institute of Data System Consulting Company as the general survey target. There are 23 lecturers altogether. We collect the lecturer's personality traits and the lecturer's personal basic materials in questionnaire investigation way. Comment ancient bronze mirror materials with lecturer of the knowledge institute of DSC, is it analysis above reason those learn the influence of satisfaction to students to come. Under study for action, find the age and service seniority of teaching in lecturer's personal basic materials, and the openness of the big-five model, reach the competence of showing of counting 0.05 with the relation between student's satisfaction. In the bargain, the student's satisfaction reach the competence of showing of counting 0.05 with the relation between student's learning performance. Believe that can be as the same reference when professional lecturer talents select of company.
