Under study for action, find the age and service seniority of teaching in lecturer's personal basic materials, and the openness of the big-five model, reach the competence of showing of counting 0.05 with the relation between student's satisfaction. In the bargain, the student's satisfaction reach the competence of showing of counting 0.05 with the relation between student's learning performance.
