| Summary: | 碩士 === 世新大學 === 經濟學研究所(含碩專班) === 95 === The study, as based on human capital investment theory, has resorted to be conducted in accordance to the nature and purpose of Institutional Research as illustrated with national university A. By using pooling data of recent conditions investigated of graduates from such university in year 2004 and 2005, the study makes use of cross-table as well as Logit model, Chi-square test, Wald test, Z test, and other analysis method to investigate the gender of personality traits and national license, and the college enrolled in relevance to variables of school as well as variables as helpfulness of career regarding effect of impact on graduate in their choice to get into job market or to continue their study.
As substantiated from the analysis of this study, it can thus be inferred that, taking national university A as an example, there exists significant advantage for male graduate for continuous study to graduate school in the first place. Second, in comparison to further study both (senior-level) average-level examination for civil servants or examination for professional licenses among university graduate renders results of positive impact in their job selection. In addition, students with requirement or studies with higher level of practicality, for instance, college of education, college of communication, and college of commerce and foreign languages are more likely to choose to get into job market than those from college of studies with fundamental research or theory, such as college of Science. Last, helpfulness of career regarding choice of university graduate for further studies should render with positive impact.
