It will conformity internet and mobile communication,the union government information and the folk enterprise creativity carry out together mobile life,e-learning,digital publishing...each several services. And Digital services value all because has the content to provide produces,therefore will transform the content for each kind of several condition will be several publications services core. This research will penetrate the industrial value chain the analysis,in order to publish the merchant to provide digital publishing publications services the management strategy suggestion.
