Summary:碩士 === 世新大學 === 行政管理學研究所(含博、碩專班) === 95 === The main purpose of this research is to probe into the Assessment and Influence of Sandwich Course - A Case Study in Mingchi University of Technology about Assessment of Sandwich Course, Professional Commitment, Organization Commitment, and Job Satisfaction. This research takes examples from graduating class of 2007 at Mingchi University who had completed the Sandwich Course. The students were divided into three groups by their different semester systems: two-year institute, four-year institute, and five-year program, and distributed questionnaires. After various analyses, the results are as followed: 1. According to the Pearson product-moment correlation analysis, the Assessments of Sandwich Course, Professional Commitment, Organization Commitment, and Job Satisfaction are all reached to significant level. 2. According to the analysis of independent samples t test, the satisfactions about Sandwich Course and Job vary quite obviously with different intern organizations. Formosa Plastics Group earned the highest satisfactions among all the organizations involved. 3. According to the analysis of one-way ANOVA, the factors in this research: the Assessments of Sandwich Course, Professional Commitment, Organization Commitment, and Job Satisfaction, were all affected obviously by different personal and intern attributes. While the departments caused the most differences, semester systems caused none. 4. According to the analysis of one-way ANOVA and crossing analysis, Sandwich Course and Organization Commitment have notable differences. The result from this analysis shows Formosa Plastics Group receiving higher satisfactions than any other organizations. Finally, research and practical suggestions are proposed as references for relevant departments and follow-up researchers, and expect to have contributions on the organizational change in enhancing employability and improvement of Sandwich Course efficiency.
