The researcher(s) expected to gain insight into the values and working methods of the staff implementing case management (i.e., executives, case managers, and supervision) and the function of this service on employment improvement. Also, the researcher(s) attempted to understand clients’ subjective feelings and suggestions of the case management services and hoped to utilize this information to provide feedback for policy makers and government. Thus, the purposes of this thesis includes three main points: 1) to clarify the current situation and problems of case management services; 2) to understand the utilization of resources for case management services and how it improves employment results and effects; 3) to promote case management by providing suggestions for future case management services and professional training for case management. This study utilized qualitative research method and purposive sampling and interviewed 10 people including case management executives, supervisors, case managers, and clients. The following suggestions were made based on the results of this study: I. Suggestions for the system 1. Continue developing case management model 2. Encourage to systematize the continuing staff employment II. Suggestions for applications 1. Establish client development groups to discuss future directions 2. Promote positive training for educational professionals 3. Apply various evaluation methods to emphasize the meaning of quality services 4. Clarify the working team’s responsibilities 5. Improve suggestion system and open communication 6. Reinforce client managers’ connection and utilization of social and psychological resources III. Suggestions for professional abilities Establish a “learning circle” system to improve willingness of self learning Leang -Yang ,Lai 賴兩陽 2007 學位論文 ; thesis 115 zh-TW |
