In addition, the cross-function integration helps intangible assets work more effectively and sufficiently within enterprises. Organization commitment elaborates how employees regard the company and their incentives to work with the organization and achieve organizational goals. Hence, employees’ support is also a key for the success of a company; accordingly, this study also examined if the cross-function integration and organization commitment would increase the impact of intangible assets on the result of new product development. In this research, samples are taken from the population of the consolidated travel agencies and A-travel agencies in Taiwan, and questionnaires method was used to collect data. In this research, 1411 questionnaires were issued, and 182 questionnaires were valid. After examining the empirical research results, conclusions of this study are as follows: Intangible asset has a positive effect on new product development performance, organization commitment and cross-function integration. In addition, cross-function integration has a positive effect on new product development performance and cross functional integration has a significant mediating effect between intangible assets and new product development performance.
