| Summary: | 碩士 === 中國文化大學 === 國際企業管理研究所 === 95 === This main purpose of research is to investigate into enterprises supply chain the de-cisive factor of the financial performance, and regard hardware industry of information as the research object. In the past research, the competition in the future of enterprises, enterprise and enterprise competition between each other no longer, for because of in conformity with trend that industry globalizes, have already changed into supply chain to the competition supply chain. Shorten product life cycle and possess the competi-tiveness innovated and can meet the market supply and demand, and effective to use supply chain management, promote the technological ability and value of improving the customer and so as to ensure the competition advantage .
This research adopts Beamon(1999) the argument that the performance measure-ment of the supply chain. Supply chain flexibility, supply chain integration, supplier performance, partnership quality and customer responsiveness will be regarded as the influence factors. Enterprises activity about main activity and auxiliary activity. Supply chain of financial performance by four indexes, such as gross profit rate, rate of increase, profit margin and returns on assets. The result of statistical analyses provided four con-clusions as follows: First, supply chain manage of influence factor is positively related to enterprise operation activity. Second, supply chain flexibility, supply chain integra-tion and customer responsiveness is positively related to main activity. Supply chain flexibility, supply chain integration, supplier performance and customer responsiveness is positively related to auxiliary activity. Third, main activity is positively related to gross profit rate, rate of increase and profit margin. Auxiliary activity is positively re-lated to gross profit rate and rate of increase. Fourth, supply chain integration and cus-tomer responsiveness is positively related to gross profit rate and rate of increase.
