Summary: | 碩士 === 中國文化大學 === 國際企業管理研究所 === 95 === Counterproductive behavior is a pervasive and expansive problem for organization. For expanding the epistemic sphere on counterproductive behavior, the research use per-ception of organizational politics as an independent variable to explore the relationships in both organizational politics perceptions and counterproductive behavior. The research problem of this paper is found the relationship between organizational politics percep-tions and counterproductive behavior existing literatures. For purify this relationship, the further analysis of logical speculation is applied to analyze the insufficient relationship by the field empirical survey.
The research group is Chunghwa Telecom Co., Ltd. Southern Branch office industry employees and their superior is collected by 360 questionnaires. Completed question-naires were returned by 290 contact-employees (80.55% response rate).Then, the effec-tive questionnaires have been analyzed by descriptive statistics, Person correlation, re-gression and hierarchical regression analysis.
The results of this research indicate that:
1.General political behavior is positively related to counterproductive behavior.
2.Go along to get ahead is positively related to counterproductive behavior.
3.Pay and promotion policies are positively related to counterproductive behavior.
4.Supervisor behavior is positively related to counterproductive behavior.
5.Coworker and clique behavior is positively related to counterproductive behavior.
