Summary:碩士 === 中國文化大學 === 生活應用科學研究所碩士在職專班 === 95 === The purposes of this study were to investigate the work value, job stress and satisfaction of student councilors of Taipei Municipal high schools. This survey was taken by questionnaire to collect and study the relative materials. There were 53 student councilors as subjects. 53 questionnaires were issued, and 52 returned. The effective ratio was 98.1%. Furthermore, all the data was analyzed by SPSS statistic software to describe the way of doing, including: Mean, Standard deviation, t-test, One-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation and Scheffe’ method for post comparison. The results were as follows: 1. Present situation: (a) Work value – High degree. The human relationship was the best and the self-fulfillment was the lowest. (b) Job stress – Middle high degree: Overwork was the highest and the role-confusion was the lowest. (c) Job satisfaction – Middle high degree: To supervisor was the best and promotion opportunity was lowest. 2. It was found: (a) Work value: There were significant differences in gender and age. (b) Job stress: There were significant differences in age and seniority of student councilors. (c) Job satisfaction: There were significant differences in age and school characteristics of student councilors. 3. There were some significant differences in work value, job stress and job satisfaction with different background of student councilors. 4. There were some significant relationships in between work value and job stress; there was significant relationship between job stress and job satisfaction; but there was no significant relationship in between work value and job satisfaction for Student councilors.
