The main research objects were the warehousing personnel and executive staffers of hypermarkets in the South by Yunlin. A total of 417 questionnaires were distributed. After those with incomplete answers were excluded, 365 valid responses were collected. Through statistic analysis, the following conclusions were derived: 1.A good occupational safety and health management system has been implemented among the surveyed hypermarkets. As to the perception of the system, however, full-time staffers would have better perceptions than part-time ones. 2.317 out of the interviewed workers from hypermarkets admitted that they felt pains in muscles and bones, and the most serious part was upper arm, followed by lower back and waist, shoulder, wrist, knee, neck, whole arm, and whole leg. For staffers in the receiving sector and operational sector, their muscular-skeletal disorders (MSDs) often appeared in upper arms, lower back, and waist. And for executive sector staffers, the MSDs often occurred in the neck and shoulders. 3.The sector most exposed to chemical, noise, vibration, and high/low temperature harms was the fresh food sector, and the receiving sector ranked the second. 4.Staffers having better perception of occupational safety and health management systems were those from the department of occupational safety and health in school. Full-time workers, executive staffers, those with longer years of work experiences, and those who have received occupational safety and health training also showed better perceptions of occupational safety and health management system. Those having better perceptions were less likely to suffer from occupational hazards. Kuo-Hua Wang 王國華 2007 學位論文 ; thesis 150 zh-TW
