One can sum up theory analysing , relevant document probing into and result of study of real example synthetically in this research, is it discover , put forward analysis and suggestion on this conclusion , hope this can helpful enterprise management and assessment to staff to propose. This research is through the convenient way to sample, ask that the curly hair is put, grant 700 of questionnaire altogether , retrieve questionnaire 357 share , go back roll rate up to 51% effectively. The result originally discovers , working sense of insecurity and the staff's work are being invested and appeared to the relation. In political behavior, some political behaviors will receive the influence of working sense of insecurity, and become the attitude to the type of the relation with working sense of insecurity. Via statistical analysis being in a respect of interfering turning into, the fairness examined with the performance interference to working sense of insecurity and staff's working attitude is influenced , the result of study shows , the work is put into with some political behaviors, it is influenced that will be examined the fair interference by the performance.
