Regardless of the scientific research or practical operation, the subject of multinational cooperation always has its significance; when a company owner decides to move into global market, the company itself faces the choices of foreign market entry modes, which the mode chosen at the time of entering will have a significant impact in the fu-ture operation.
This research study distributes the influences of determine which modes to enter into three sections, Industrial Network, Knowledge Transfer, and International Experi-ence; and to discuss the influences of choice of foreign market entry mode to a organi-zation.
After researching and data gathering a semi-structural formula interview style outline has been developed; and a particular organization will be chosen to follow the outline developed. The interviewees from the chosen organization include general manager, executive director, human resource director, and related directors. The result of the interviews will be arranged and analyzed few correlated managerial meanings will be brought up.
