After combined the ductile fracture criteria, the value of ductile fracture on billet is growing with increased friction coefficients and reduction of area. Moreover, it can predict the timing and position when ductile fracture happen. Applied the Archard mode to the wear analysis, which can find the maximum wear quantity of drawing dies occurred at the position of reduction close to bearing, and can predict wear quantity of dies in every pass.
