If tire pressure is insufficient while driving a car, it will not merely increase friction between the tire’s surface and ground. It makes not only the effect to control automobile difficulty, but also when engine rotating can increase the oil consumption by load. It will reduce the durability of the tire and lifespan of tire’s surface, it will cause the destruction of the tire structure, and it will even cause traffic accident. In order to promote the security and the convenience of automobile driving, therefore in this paper we will research and develop the “Tire Pressure Monitoring System, TPMS”, the stress, heat transfer and frequency will be analyzed for the stability simulation.
