There are suitable relations between the shrink of the plastic dimension of lens of the mobile phone and precision of form surface profile, it will influence the behavior of its optics performance that related, so change the molding condition , understand that each molding condition shrinks the influence of measuring the difference on the plastic condition of lens, can measure and control through the profilemeter , control its deformation amount when can accept the range in some one effectively, in order to reach required optics performance. This research aims at the test to different packing pressure , ram speed , mold temperature etc., in order to understand that shoots the difference between the shaping product and primitive dimension of mould , and cooperate and utilize CAE software ’Moldex3D” to analyze that the software builds the model of constructing and imitates analysing, study the related and difference among them .
