In this thesis our main discussion will focus on how to use optical analysis software " Code V ", and design to use special kinds of resins of polycarbonate and Cyclo-Olefin Copolymers , changing from old style glass material as a main body for automobile image optical lens to plastic material. Changing from 5G(5Glass lens)、 6G(6Glass lens) vehicle-use lens structure to 2G2P (the 2 Glasses & 2 Plastic lens).
With the optical design software’s excellent optimum function, then we can achieve the most optimal design to combining spherical glasses and aspherical plastics for our car view lens system. Through systematic analysis and research valuation , reduce the design theories error, and also carry out the verification of individual experiment in each phase, and so reduce the risk factor when integrated in each phase and avoid delaying the development schedule, Then eventually to have a 2P2G car view optical lens system good for the use or as a reference of future development tendency in automobile image.
