Summary: | 碩士 === 國立高雄大學 === 高階經營管理碩士在職專班 === 95 === Nowadays, Guitar Industry in Taiwan has gradually moved its factories from Taiwan to Mainland China due to severe competition of low labor cost from Mainland China. Hence, more and more enterprises decide to invest the establishment of factories in China. Besides, those enterprises are seeking the opportunities to pursue the business continuity by doing product transformation constantly. Therefore, following questions will be proposed along with product transformation. Why enterprises need to go through the process of tansformation? What factors should be taken under considerations? How to make up business strategies? How long will products last after transformation? How those corporate strategies will enhance enterprise’s competitiveness?
The purpose of this study is to discover why and how guitar industry needs to transform. In addition, not only factors affecting transformation will be included to discuss but also business strategies taken as guidance for transformation will be involved in the study. Enterprises would improve the life cycle of products by constantly transformation in order to boost its growth. Finally, the study is willing to know how corporate strategies may enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.
In this study, the most important factor that affects enterprises to form corporate strategies while facing product transformation is the changes of market demand. In addition, the improvement of production techniques is the second factor. This studay also suggests the future studies should head to international guitar industry to extend research scope.
