碩士 === 國立高雄大學 === 高階經營管理碩士在職專班 === 95 === Kinmen County is an offshore island located in the central west district of Taiwan, cross the sea is Xiamen City of the Mainland China, which has made Kinmen as a geographically isolated independent entity. As for the aspects of economic and social development, it is categorized as a typical least-developed area. Kinmen is a so-called cultural island, and it is also an island that has been through hardship. Because the trend of the population migration has been unusually significant, thus how to conduct an overall review on such critical issue, and draft the comprehensive systematical planning are really the most urgent and important subject for sure. In the modern society where competition is fierce and people living busy lives, the lifestyle in the past in which people live with children and relatives and take care of each others became difficult to maintain. In order to exalt the virtue of respecting the senior and wish them enjoy a retired life in an environment that is respectful, secured, healthy and abundant; then to make the younger generations to bring their skills into full play as the working force in the society without worries for the elder family members; to make the society continues its development in such stability; and also to ensure the macroeconomic constructions for the entire Kinmen area; this study went into the cognitive issues within the health preservation villages via online survey, and sorted out and concluded many types of health preservation villages for the seniors in the country or overseas to provide reference for the installation plan of preservation villages in Kinmen. This study is titled as the feasibility study on the establishment of health preservation villages in Kinmen. The objective is to bring up the visibility of Kinmen through various online surveys and researches to speak up for Kinmen, attract the investors to put down large-scale investments that create more employment opportunities to make the population grows back again, in turns, drive the growth of various types of businesses in Kinmen, especially green energy industry (solar power energy), the electronic health industry (Radio Frequency Identification; RFID), cultural industry, tourism industry, etc. The ultimate ideal is to propose the digital collection plan to pass on the experiences from the senior to make Kinmen become the center of research and development globally. What this research's aim at inquire into: Preserve one's health village should take on de idiosyncrasy、Choose accomodate preserve one's health village de factor、Quemoy's county establish preserve one's health village with industry de relation. Thereinto preserve one's health village should take on de idiosyncrasy, by questionaire's result, serve good is the most important, silvern fa industry most recognition is service, it in turn for administer efficiency, decency management, finance fixing healthy, personnel's quality high, cheap and fine. Choose accomodate preserve one's health village de factor most important consideration is emergent medical service, next difference for: Safety, lose can shine protect, usually medical service, capacity of management with quality, meet with environment beautification, personalize service, hardware facility, leisure entertainment, price.
