The research attempts to uncover the nature behind the experiences on substitute teaching and interpret the hidden meanings based on hermeneutic phenomenological methodology. Semi-structural in-depth interviews were mainly conducted to collect data, and six relative interviewers to our research purposes were selected in this study. Through the analysis and deduction of the text and the inter-subjective agreement with the participants, the nature of the experiences on substitute teaching is profoundly understood. From this study, we found that four essential issues concerned with the substitute teaching experiences of substitute teachers are identified: a) Bell rings, time for a happy substitute teacher; b) Lacking of reasonable rights and duties belonging to substitute teachers; c) The substitute teaching is obstructed rather than assisted, thus whatever pleasure or sorrow of substitute teachers are unpresentable. d) It is hard to assert whether the goal of substitute teaching is achieved, and hopes for education still exist. Finally, according to the conclusions, the research makes concrete suggestions to substitute teachers, educational authorities, and further research in the future. none 朱如君 2007 學位論文 ; thesis 153 zh-TW |
