So, This study includes flotation, hydrocyclone classification and grinding will purify and elaborate coal ash technology, Proceeds systematization experience. And establishes integral purifies processing, Purified coal ash proceed reaction characteristics analysis. As knows purified benefaction, it maybe use for high performance concrete on engineering properties. Findings shows, At applies to flotation technology can remove unburned carbon (UC) high reach 80% in coal ash, it will decrease coal ash of LOI from 2~8% fall to 1~4%, And from F class coal ash floatability effect compare superior to C class coal ash, But dispersant to fly ash floatability effect not really good, But bottom ash then maybes promote to about 75%. On bottom ash grinding, As wetting ball mill will grind compare good, the grinded bottom ash of mean particle size fall to 4~6 μ m range. Hydrocyclone classification technology will have decrease fly ash particle size. So fly ash of thin ash particle size at 4~5 μ m range, and rough ash of particle size at 50~76 μ m range. Passes through reaction activity index show, Has purified fly ash reach 70~100% for 7 day, and than promoted 75~105% for 28 day has, It has Xing-Dar purify fly ash compare reference’s by-treatment fly ash almost for 28 day, Only about 1%. But Da-Lin purify fly ash of high UC quantity affect comparing reference’s under 7% about, Has purified bottom ash about reach 60~83% for 7 day, and 28 day only promotion to 67~88%, It age with reference have not significant for 28 day. So whole behaves inferior to fly ash as usual followed by a complement good, So purified fly ash can promote reaction characteristics. Thus, we really know purified coal ash can promotion Pozzlanic reaction performance, Accords with high quality coal ash.
