碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 營建工程系 === 95 === In consideration of an unavailable information about the loss frequency and severity for the research of the quantitative and model for Occupational Accident of Construction Project in Taiwan, therefore this research is basically on this field. At the first stage, it shall collect the data information about the cash payment on the real occupational benefit as a pre-processing in combination with the government statistics simulation of the personal injury payment to proceed on the loss distribution for the parameter estimation and the assessment on the goodness of fit to ascertain the loss distribution model for the Occupational Accident of Construction Project in Taiwan Then it shall apply the information about Fatal Occupational Injuries of the Bureau of Labor Statistics to establish the loss model of the Occupational Accident of Construction Project in Taiwan. Eventually, it shall apply the established Loss Model for the evaluation on the liability limit and the premium rate in the extended risk of the Contractor’s Employer Liability Insurance.
