In the old building design that didn’t consider over above mentioned problem, in order to achieve human’s comfort living, its daily electrical consumption has contributed quite a lot to the earth’s damage. Therefore many construction industries propose an idea about “Human’s health as principal to pursue environmental altogether survival, in order to achieve eternal development”, about the construction of green building, to reduce damage caused to the environment. This research uses multidisciplinary design optimization procedure as integrated analysis method. Furthermore, this research investigates every discipline of construction engineering under multilevel analysis. Under multiple segments and multidisciplinary condition, actual design method and infrastructure will cause design variables mutually link up coordinates and converge to a satisfying answer. Finally, by applying multilevel and multidisciplinary analysis in day-lighting, heat insulation, and fire protection, and by example confirmation, it is proven that it can satisfy limiting various disciplines, and achieve a lower life cycle cost.
