The first failure time, mean time to failure, top event occurrence probability and availability, got by using the network analysis, fault tree and Markow model analysis, are considered as the time of component replacement and equipment maintenance. The program of programmable controller obtains the component that first failure time and mean time to failure by network analysis; and utilizing the fault alarm in generator parallel system obtains the top event occurrence probability by the method of fault tree analysis; and the Markow model analysis calculates on system operation availability. This research is reference to the first failure time, mean time to failure, top event occurrence probability and availability, which ensure safe and normal operation for the parallel connected generators.
