Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 電子工程系 === 95 === In this study, we investigate that the influence of the metal cathode variation and the thermal annealing on the short circuit-current, open circuit-current and fill factor. By providing a effective fabrication to enhance the power conversion efficiency of the organic conjugated polymer solar cell. In CV measurements, thermal annealing affects the carrier mobility . In addition, metal cathodes with low work function can produce broader energy-band bending in its intrinsic photosensitive layers. Hence, the different charge accumulation makes power conversion efficiency varies with the work function decreasing. Finally, we can find the relationship between the work function of metal cathodes variation and efficiency of devices by measuring of capacitance-voltage and current-voltage of devices.
