Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 資訊管理系 === 95 === While many studies indicate that web quality is one of major determinants of user satisfaction, little research has been done about the quality of Web 2.0. This thesis proposes a two-dimension scheme of web 2.0 quality and hypothesizes such quality measurement will change according to the nature of websites . Specifically, the purposes of this study are: (1) Understanding Web 2.0 web quality features (2) Investigating two-dimension attributes of Web 2.0 web quality using Kano’s Model, and (3) Investigating the difference of quality attribute between different websites
Open questionnaires were send to the students of an E-commerce course, 67 usable questionnaires were valid, the result of content analysis showed that there are 13 quality dimensions (32 features ) of Web 2.0, seven of them are identical to past research. Thay are “information content ”, ”enjoyment”, “security/privacy”, ”visual appearance”, ”technical”, ”ease of use” and “service”. The other six new defined dimensions are “convenience”, ”user empowerment”, ”user interaction”, ”user sharing”, “user reward” and ”ease of use”.
To investigate Web 2.0 web quality two-dimension attribute, we applied Kano’s Model to survey another course of 74 students, each students were asked to use three kinds of Web 2.0 website. Results showed that the 2-dimension quality measurement will change according to the nature of websites.
