The digital pneumatic dispenser combines the microcontroller of Microchip PIC16F87X with solenoid value etc. Two common glues E-0001 and E-127 were investigated in this research. We choose four controlled factors that are needle size、negative pressure、pressure and dispensing flow which three levels are selected respectively. We use orthogonal arrays Taguchi method of to analyze the flow stability to find out the relationship between those factors. From the Taguchi experimental results, it shows that low flow、small needle and high pressure can obtain the better flow quality. So this method is a good way to provide an effective reference direction in choosing optimum parameters for dispenser. Therefore, the problem of parameters modulation can be overcome.
