Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 企業管理系 === 95 === It is discovered from the investigation of laptop OEM industry that the perform uninterrupted service of the product is the important obvious benefits for enterprise type end users, and Cost of Poor Quality is critical to the profitability of brand manufacturers. Economic could not be scaled under industrial competition, and because of the advantage owned by brand manufacturers, no synergy could be obtained from the industrial merger; therefore, the major goal of profit improving is the optimization of company operation, and the measures are: 1.Integrating IT system and Lean Six Sigma, enhancing communication and sharing process, and eliminating waste. (1) Connection of lean production with ERP system, integrate production value chain from purchase to logistics. (2) 6 Sigma activities integrate with PLM, from R&D to production to achieve high quality and low cost through data. 2.Extend the operation to aftermarket service in the end section, including product warranty, repair and waste disposal. 3.Selecting multiple product portfolios to improve profitability carefully, applying strategic asset advantage to dig up products with competition advantages, such as server and handheld devices, and make good use of benefit of Economies of Scope. Implementation of above programs could increase economic benefits of the company effectively and then improve its competition advantage. It is expected this research result could help relevant companies to some extent in Taiwan.
