| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 企業管理系 === 95 === The research purpose is to construct system integration mechanism for product development, so that timely satisfaction of market, reliable quality, and effective cost could be achieved in order to explore the core capability in product development by overhead projector manufacturer.
The research shows three major mechanisms are key success factors of product development, namely, 1) technology innovation and integration, 2) process improvement and integration, and 3) product development project and integration. These three key factors are based on system integration, and system integration is based on the establishment of standardization and diversification. However, the implementation of standardization and diversification requires the establishment of platform and module to cooperate with such implementation. Through system integration and establishment of platform and module, the added value of the company could be increased and then improve the competitive advantage of the company. It is expected the research results could benefit DELTA and relevant manufacturers.
