The research surely points out the early time labor work pattern has been changed because of the policy opening and the utilization of technical information which are substituted by the utilization of computer. By doing that, we could have more information which would be easy and useful for our customers. By this, we could not only get the loyalty from the customer but more business. Also, the enterprise would have more competitive ability and benefit. Customer service will play one of important role in our business later on. Besides, the enterprise is seeking and researching the best way between the businesses for the customers because of the domestic stock markets are facing the business carbonization and re-arrangement. This study is offering suggestions according the difficulties which domestic stock markets are facing and what would be the good way for business to do in the future. The study result definitely points out that would be a trend which those business would diminish the business range and enhance the service quality for customers. The research would produce a good result such as reducing cost and lower the growing of competition between the businesses according to the discussion of the report.
