Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣大學 === 機械工程學研究所 === 95 === Patients who suffer from spinal cord injury (SCI) usually have the symptoms of postural hypotension. As the tilt table rises, blood still remains in lower extremities which will cause dizziness and syncope. This research applies a real-time feedback control on Circulator Pumping System of Lower Extremities (CPSLE) which can immediately detect the symptoms of postural hypotension and automatically start CPSLE to help blood circulation. In this research, pulse arrival time is used as a parameter to estimate continuous blood pressure. If the patient’s blood pressure decreases more than 20 mmHg during tilt table training period, the CPLSE will automatically start to help blood circulation and raise the blood pressure.
