The public space in communities are also various. Traditionally, the condominium’s types are considered ill to the development of the sense of community, prevent to raise the community activities. Because the condominium are co-used and co-owned by the residents, the lack of sense of community will produce problems of the management of communities and destroy the quality of life. So sense of community is quite important to condominium. That the residents attend the community activities are considered good to sense of community, so the theme of the study is that if condominium could raise community activities, and what kind of factors will affect the activities. Hshichi City in 1980s and 1990s ever launched large-scale development, and there are many condominiums. They can reflect the development of condominium in Taiwan in recent years. And most people in Hshichi moved from outside, they don’t have sense of identity, so the community activities do match the needs of the people. The study investigated the manager’s point of view, the targets are the condominium with managers, and discuss the difference between communities on hillside and communities not on hillside, and the relationship between condominium’s types and other variables. The study do the fieldwork in May and June in 2007, and do the survey by questionnaire. The study got 58 samples, the content of the survey include the model of management, perception of the affairs’ importance, the public space and facilities in condominium, the frequency of activities, the reason why they don’t raise activities, the perception to community activities, and other variables. The research also makes three assumptions: the condominium’s types, the management model and the count of the facilities will influence the frequency of community activities. The study finally found out: the three assumptions were not proved. The condominium’s types and the hillside’s communities are not very good variables to explain the difference in frequency of activities. And the management model and the count of the facilities don’t have obvious relation to activities, either. 張長義 2007 學位論文 ; thesis 105 zh-TW |

The study finally found out: the three assumptions were not proved. The condominium’s types and the hillside’s communities are not very good variables to explain the difference in frequency of activities. And the management model and the count of the facilities don’t have obvious relation to activities, either.
