This research try to establish a patent map in precasting techniques of architecture, and also try to analyses the overall arrangement between current and oncoming tendency.The methodology of this research was literature study, interview from experts, patent search and analyses. The objects of this research were TWPAT and USPTO. In the tendency analyses of patent, we found that the life cycle of technology seems to turn down. In the technology analyses of patent, we found that the technology structure was widely distributed in field combination technical and installation, and the patent portfolio was “Strategic Patent Sarching”.
