| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺灣大學 === 土木工程學研究所 === 95 === When we encountered the issues of patent tort, it is tardy to get information and research topics, especially in the construction industry. For the information of patent can be used extensively. This research try to establish a patent map in precasting techniques of architecture, and also try to analyses the overall arrangement between current and oncoming tendency.The methodology of this research was literature study, interview from experts, patent search and analyses. The objects of this research were TWPAT and USPTO. In the tendency analyses of patent, we found that the life cycle of technology seems to turn down. In the technology analyses of patent, we found that the technology structure was widely distributed in field combination technical and installation, and the patent portfolio was “Strategic Patent Sarching”.
