After second, the curriculum implements how studies the result to the student? Third, this motion research has what influence to the teacher career development? Implements after the curriculum, the affiliation develops the record, the teaching observation self-criticism record list, the student by the analysis curriculum studies the achievement (ecological environment study list, computer file, practical plant examination table, comments quantity list), the student talk record and so on four kind of materials,the solution curriculum designs course, and &auot;ecological environment&auot; curriculum to student`s influence, including in study condition on change and in study result promotion. But the teacher participates in the specialized growth which the curriculum develops including the increase to the local resources understanding, friendly the ability which with the local resources plan curriculum, the promotion curriculum designs, promotes the curriculum executive ability, The promotion curriculum comments the quantity ability, promotes the teacher to move the research ability, specialized promotes the teacher to be self-confident.
