Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺東大學 === 教育研究所 === 95 === The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationships between the academic performances of junior high school students and variables inclusive of family circumplex, school interpersonal circumplex, learning motivation and learning strategies. Furthermore, based on the findings, suggestions for consultants, educators and parents are proposed to hopefully improve students’ academic performances directly and effectively. The instruments applied in the study are “parental rearing attitude scale” by Ting-Chia Lian, “parent-child relationship scale”, “school interpersonal circumplex scale”, “academic performance scale”, “learning motivation scale” by Biing-Lin Cherng, and “learning strategy scale”. The statistical methods applied are one-way ANOVA, product-moment correlation and regression analysis. The results of the study are as follow: 1)For ninth-grade female students with highly-educated fathers, the rearing attitude of fathers tend to be democratic; 2)For females with highly-educated parents, the overall family interaction and resource-managing strategy are superior; 3)For seventh-grade and ninth-grade female students with highly-educated mothers, their school interpersonal circumplex tends to be close; 4)For students with highly-educated fathers, the performance is superior in learning values, learning motivation, meta-cognitive strategy and learning strategy; 5)For students with highly-educated parents, they exhibit better parent-child relation, learning anticipation and cognitive strategy; 6)For ninth-grade students with higher-educated parents, the academic performance is superior; 7)There is a significant correlation among family circumplex, school interpersonal circumplex, learning motivation, learning strategy and academic performance; 8)The better a junior-high school student exhibits in learning anticipation, meta-cognitive strategy, parent-child relationship and resource-managing strategy, the more predictive it is to their academic performance.Based on the findings, the suggestions for educational institutions and parents are proposed.
