The first purpose of this study is to investigate the ideological contents of the non-school mode of experimental education and the status quo of homeschooling from abroad and domestically. The second, this study is to select three families in Taitung county(6 patriarchs and 5 children). We use structured interview, focusing group interviewing, document analysis and praticipant observation. At the same time we analyze this collected coding data. The main results of the study are following: 1.The factors of chosen the non-school mode of experience education patriarchs are distrusting school education, cultivating their children’s mind, having more learning times and learning scripture-reciting education. 2.In Taitung, different patriarchs have different thinking and learning in non-school mode of experience education. Through the non-school mode of experience education, patriarchs have different ways and resources to improve their teaching skills, so their children get big progress in their studies. After taking the non-school mode of experimental education, patriarchs get more thinking from this education. 3.The patriarchs have less interaction between the education bureau and school. The main interactions between the patriarchs and the schools are having activities and exams, and also the main interactions between the patriarchs and the education bureau are making the application and the evaluation.
