However, it’s often heart the news about violation of language rights. Thus, having designed teaching activities for language rights, the thesis was aimed to investigate the shared rights of elementary students, in order to enhance their awareness and comprehension of language rights, and further fulfill them in daily life. The purpose of this study was to plus language right come for elementary school students. The level of instruction varied based on children’s learning capacities. As to the content, topics of language rights issues include to “Types of Language Rights”, “Naming” ,“Language Discrimination” ,“Language Use in Public and Language Diversity”; while in curriculum organization, “Situational Teaching Model” “Social Action Approach Design Model” and “Critical Pedagogy” were employed as the fundamental theory to integrate the concept of language rights into ongoing curriculum. As for teaching activities design, differential teaching themes were organized by individual unit, in which corresponding concepts embodied in our design were assigned for unit objectives. Finally , the author provided feedback on the materials and techniques of the proposed teaching activities, and the results and suggestions were also presented as a reference for future research and implications for teaching are offered.
