Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北大學 === 自然資源與環境管理研究所在職專班 === 95 === The purpose of the research was to evaluate the adequacy on Taiwan indicators for sustainable development (TISD), and used the E-VIEWS software to test the causality between different dimensions of indicators. Through the analyst results, we readjusted and built up a new indicators system, which provided some recommendations to the authority modify the framework of TISD in the future. The study results show as following:(1)high compatibility for international sustainable development indicators;(2)can illustrate Taiwan’s specific environmental circumstance;(3)reasonability of calculation formula ;(4)weak PSR causality between various dimensions of TISD;(5)the base year between indicators is distinct. To sum up, this study suggests that:(1) enhancing the integrities of the framework on TISD;(2)strength the causality on TISD ;(3)increasing the availability of data.
