| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺北大學 === 國際財務金融碩士在職專班 === 95 === The stock market of Taiwan is subjected to the development influence of East Asia ,the scale contain phenomenon of decline is obvious contrast with mainland and Hong Kong.Along with the restriction of mainland ordinance,hinterland enterprises in mainland will no longer easier to list in overseas.The enterprises of Taiwan should be the main force of Hong Kong market in future.And how to use the competitive advantages to let each of the party getting win,no matter where the Taiwanese enterprises be listed,must be the first topic for domestic underwriters to think aggressively.
This research focus on influence of underwriting market development in Hong Kong and to analysis the strategies of traditional underwriter.Through collecting market data and depth interview object company,with SWOT and TOWS Matrix(Strength, Weaknesses,Opportunities, Threats) matrix analysis method,to analysis deeply and understanding the non financial holding underwriter's market competition under outside environment and the threat and opportunities of Hong Kong market development,and by the case studing we wish to give domestic underwriters the suggestion with strategy when facing the development of stock market in Hong Kong.
As a result,through collection and case studing of the data,put the suggestion with strategy as follows:
1.Promote the international competition ability.
2.Train the professional underwriter and develop internationalization business aggressively .
3.Develop and creative new products actively,provide full performances stock and finance service .
4.Cultivate the relationship with Taiwan enterprise,prepare for the mainland market opening.
