Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北大學 === 都市計劃研究所 === 95 === Irrigation waterway system is one of the important factors of agricultural production. It supplies ample water resources and improves economic value of the land. Agricultural production once was the basis of Taipei’s development, but as the urbanization process of Taipei changed the social economic structure and land-use most farmland had transferred into build-up land. Therefore, the subject of this research is the Chihsing irrigation waterway. This study analyzes the effects of urbanization on irrigation waterway by reviewing related studies and theories and on-site investigations. Furthermore, this study analyzes the pattern of energy flow and assesses the ecological economic value of Chihsing irrigation waterway by Emergy lndices. As results, productive value of this zone decreased low gradually. Too much urban development made the benefit of use of energy resources decrease, so the energy of reproductive resource declines(87.33%→74.50%). But, energy of economic input increases (12.67%→25.50%). Besides, the results of comparisons of emergy yield ratio and emergy investment ratio shows that the irrigation waterway can not achieve economic interests. As time goes by, the influences of each other are also change. Irrigation waterway must combine the three functions-Production, Living and Ecology. At last, the goal of sustainable could be achieved.
