碩士 === 國立臺北大學 === 不動產與城鄉環境學系 === 95 === The Land Use Survey is the basic of the NGIS(National Geography Information System). Department of Land Administration undertake the second Land Use Survey to cooperate to establish the NGIS.The Survey was undertaken by three organizations and using Satellite Imagery and GIS. The outcome of Land Use Survey is important for the government to make the land policy, but there most research major in how to establish and use the NGIS. This paper will analyze the Land Use Survey in Taiwan, by collecting the literature on the issue and going to interview the investigator. Finally, we will try to apply the outcome of the Land Use Survey by the GIS. After the interview, we find some problem in the Land Use Survey, like land classification, zoning, automatic differentiation and the standard of the picture crossing different investigative area. Although these may not influence the accuracy of the outcome, solving these problem my reduce the cost and the time. When we discuss the law, organization, data, update system and land classification with foreign survey, we find that there is short of law and update and the land classification is confused because of covering the land use and land cover. It also influence the way of investigation. It may reduce the difficult of classification by cooperate with different organization.
