Though many traditional industries in Taiwan are not being the knowledge in the world, but they are important all over the world. The information is fast spreading in 21 century. Those industrial champions also become well-known by people slowly. Unlike the old OEM pattern, nowadays from diversification to brand management creates the new value of industry. This research mainly explored how traditional Taiwanese enterprises create value by making use of their own innovational business model to become the best of the leading industries.
This research is based on the arranging paper study and case analysis to explore the macroscopic strategy and hope of a industrial leader, the values that employees make together, the innovation of products, service and the rebuild of the industry. How we combine these three together to innovate the operate pattern and the competitive of advantage of the industrial champion. We take Dennis Department of the retail trade in Ho Nain and Samson Holding in the wood furniture industry for this discuss object. They are both the paragon and model of the oversea Taiwanese industries. Not only list in the best 1000 industries of Taiwanese industries in Mainland China, but also the number one of one’s own industry. Looking back to how Dennis Department and Samson Holding to transform in industry manage strategy, we see how a industry change from “efficiency driver” to “innovation driver”, to create values and get interest by the strategy of innovation.
This research develop that the traditional industries of Taiwanese industries can use the cost ascendancy with diversity strategy and integrated upper and lower manufacturer of the value chain, reinforce own technique development and develop OBM approach. Step by step, to develop industry and wish to become the industry champion in the nearing future. And take the conclusion from the analysis of the study as the operation guiding principle in the future.
