碩士 === 國立臺北大學 === 企業管理學系 === 95 === The succession question of the Taiwanese businessmen in Mainland China （here in TMC） is emphasized. Not only does it relate to a sustainable management issue, but it is also similar to soap opera plots which are attracted by public’s attention. Taiwanese businessmen have built up the glory that has never been seen in Mainland China. And what the follows is that they must face the succession question. As many as 87.5% TMC said that their own enterprises are experiencing the succession question in this research, but among 10% TMC have considered that they are doing well. Obviously, the succession question is truly a big headache to the business owners. This research considered that two factors can affect the selective process. Those are internal questions of the enterprises and external challenges of the environment. In view of all sorts of selection questions about the successors of TMC are made more ingoing discussions. This research hopes to discover some better suggestions that can provide some references when they face this topic in the selective process.
