Questionnaires were administered to 234 immigrant brides’ children of fourth to sixth grade at elementary schools in Keelung city . The collected data was analyzed by descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s product-moment correlation, and Structural Equation Modeling. The results are as follows: 1. Immigrant brides’ children are highly aware of their peer relationship. 2. Immigrant brides’ children are highly aware of their learning adjustment. 3. The better their peer relationship are the better learning adjustment they acquire at elementary school in Keelung city of immigrant brides’ children. 4. There is significant difference on peer relationship of children with different grade, number of siblings, birth order, mother nationalities and father’s jobs. 5. There are no significant differences among children with different sex,mother native languages, parental education levels , parental parenting attitudes and mother’s jobs on their peer relationship. 6. There is significant difference on learning adjustment of children with different father’s education levels, mother’s parenting attitudes, mother’s jobs. 7. There are no significant differences among Immigrant brides’ children with different sex, grade, birth order, mother nationalities, mother’s education levels, father’s parenting attitudes and father’s jobs on their learning adjustment. 8. SEM indicates that Immigrant brides’ children’s peer relationship has a great influence on their learning adjustment.
