Studies the tool from to arrange " elementary school extraordinary principal for the researcher to lead the behavior" interview the program, the affiliation by interview the program, is advantageous for the research object carries on half structural formula in view of the research question and the goal interview the investigation, the research object by Taipei City, Taipei county, Taoyuan county elementary school principals which have the honor to receive Ministry of Education extraordinary principal to lead the prize primarily, understood extraordinary principal in the wisdom, interpersonally interacts and carries out the achievement which strength three faces. Investigates the obtained material result and the synthesis literature discussion and interview the result and the file document, obtains following conclusion: (1) Extraordinary principal leads the behavior, induces leads the wisdom, principal's interpersonal interaction and principal for principal carries out the strength and so on three face and six common special characteristics. (2) Extraordinary principal leads the wisdom aspect including principal's personality special characteristic and the experience course, the extraordinary principal's personality special characteristic includes: Principal regarding the education deep love, responsibility consciousness with has the affinity which treats people handles matters; Principal experiences the course to include: Principal the rich administrative experience, fosters the training as well as the display specialized leads the colleague to grow. (3)Extraordinary principal interpersonally interacts the aspect with to play a role to play the part of including principal's leadership style, the extraordinary principal's leadership style the school characteristic which establishes including extraordinary principal, drove the teacher morale as well as extraordinary principal the shape models the guidance organization; Principal acts the role mainly understood principal the technical leader and principal the shape models school culture. (4) Extraordinary principal carries out the strength aspect including the school idea and the management strategy, is governing the school idea the education idea, the emphasis which principal persisted including principal to the student studies the main body the consideration and the school development and the education course; Principal manages the strategy including principal regarding the curriculum and the teaching management strategy, the innovation management strategy and regarding the education process introspection strategy.
