Studies the tool from to arrange " elementary school extraordinary principal for the researcher to lead the behavior" interview the program, the affiliation by interview the program, is advantageous for the research object carries on half structural formula in view of the research question and the goal interview the investigation, the research object by Taipei City, Taipei county, Taoyuan county elementary school principals which have the honor to receive Ministry of Education extraordinary principal to lead the prize primarily, understood extraordinary principal in the wisdom, interpersonally interacts and carries out the achievement which strength three faces. Investigates the obtained material result and the synthesis literature discussion and interview the result and the file document, obtains following conclusion:
