The samples of this study were 229 elementary school fifth and sixth graders with new immigrant mothers. The self-developed “Survey on the sports participation and interpersonal relationship of elementary school senior graders with new immigrant mothers in Keelung City” was used for data collection. The data were analyzed with Chi-Square Test, t-test of Independent Samples, One-Way ANOVA, Pearson Product-Moment Correlation, Multiple Regression Analysis, in order to understand the sports participation of elementary school senior graders with new immigrant mothers in Keelung City, as well as the differences and related factors. The results are as below: 1.The frequency and time of playing sports meet the “333 physical fitness sports” promoted by the Ministry of Education; the types of sports are mainly dodge ball, basketball, and jumping rope, but the analysis of exercise intensity is not available here. 2.Those with better interpersonal relationship have more friends, and actively make friends; they are more welcomed when dividing into groups. 3.Differences in sports participation include: (1)Male students prefer dodge ball and basketball, and female students prefer jumping rope. (2)Those who participated in school team before play sports on frequency of 5 days per week. (3)Those whose parents have higher education play sports more frequently. (4)Those with weight under 35kg spend the least time playing sports, and have the lowest will to play sports. 4.Differences in interpersonal relationship: (1)Female students are more passive than male students when making friends. (2)Most senior graders with new immigrant mothers prefer to share with a few people. (3)Those who participated in the school team before have better interpersonal relationships, and vice versa. (4)Those who are taller are more willing to share, and those who are shorter tend to feel more indifference from classmates. (5)Those whose parents have higher education have better interpersonal relationship. (6)Those whose mothers have higher ranking in occupation are more willing to share with more people. 5.The types of sports are correlated with interpersonal relationship, such as dodge ball and basketball, in which more people participate, so the interpersonal relationship is closer. 6.The types of sports are significant related factors affecting the intimacy of interpersonal relationship, and the parents’ education levels have predictability on the closeness of interpersonal relationship. According these results, some suggestions were given. Fang-Chung Chang 張芳全 2007 學位論文 ; thesis 150 zh-TW |
