The main goal is that we can understand the content and form of teaching material and cultural connotation, whether conforms to the foreign spouse's study demand, through this research discusses. This research mainly uses the content analytic method to analyze the construction of teaching material unit, the exercise and the teacher handbook and so on. After evaluating each unit and each class, we makes the conclusion through the induction research and also propose our suggestion as the reference to edit new immigration teaching material in the future. This research finds ten characteristics of "foreign spouse adult basic education teaching material arranged the version by Ministry of Education ", as follows: 1, It picks up the unit teaching way. 2, It emphasizes phonetic alphabet and literate teaching. 3, It emphasizes dialogue and sharing activity. 4, It pays attention to the language activity. 5, It is concerned with life adaptation. 6, It emphasizes the native soil and the folk custom. 7, It provides the exercise to increase the various practice. 8, It provides the test (study list) to comment the learning result. 9, It provides the teacher handbook. 10, It provides the auxiliary teaching material. This research conclusion is as follows: 1, By text content analysis, some questions will form the prejudice or create the inferiority to the student in the dialogue and the sharing activity if a teacher does not carefully guide or manage. Thus, the teacher should carefully guide in order to reduce the impact. 2, Although language activity has various type, the six volumes are shown by the workbook way of elementary school. It exists the dropping variance within adult study not to satisfy the adult’s study demand by the question guidance, the life demand and the self- guidance. 3, The teaching material subject is based on Taiwan native place and emphasizes "the assimilation" and "the fusion", but neglects to present the original country culture of foreign spouse student. 4, Finally, in sex equal subject, although it makes effort to show the equality, some places still apparently take the male as the main bodies. 5, Two sets of teaching materials can let the foreign spouse student begin to study from the phonetic alphabet and learn step by step including the word, the phrase, the sentence pattern, the idiom, the sentence creating, the short written work and so on; it also gives dual attention to the foreign spouse student's daily life demand and the environment adaptation demand. According to the above research conclusion, we propose following suggestion: 1, policy aspect: (1) examine the nationality policy and implement authentication system (2) provide life subsidy to the weak foreign spouse family and encourage them to go to school (3) provide the great nurture system not to have the extra worries when the foreign spouse student concentrates to attend class (4) popularize and the deepen the foreign spouse study pipeline 2, teaching aspect: (1) train the teacher with multicultural viewpoint (2) send the teacher to Southeast Asia to study during the winter and summer vacation in order to strengthen the teacher who possesses the foreign culture (3) invite outstanding foreign spouse to be the lecturer or the teaching assistant to participate in the teaching group (4) encourage foreign spouse’s husband or wife to attend study in part of study time 3, teaching material aspect: (1) give dual attention to the fusion of native and foreign culture and respect the multicultural difference (2) research and develop the bilateral teaching material of foreign spouse education (3) encourage outstanding foreign spouse who participates in the edition work and unfold the multicultural style of teaching material (4) make effort on the sex equality in teaching material (5) develop the auxiliary teaching material and the study resources. (6) extend the teaching material edition to the high school degree and establish the lifelong study pipeline of foreign spouse Fourth, post research aspect (1) Post research aspect should proceed the correlation research about "teaching and studying" at the teaching scene to understand the suitable situations about two sets of teaching materials and compare with this research to take as the revision in order to promote the teaching material value. (2) There are different between "the special class" and " the attachment night school", and they have big difference in the student members and learning hours, so we may also do the correlation research about the suitable situations of two sets of teaching materials and the study result.
