Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺北教育大學 === 音樂教育學系碩士班 === 95 === Max Reger (1873-1916), the German composer of later Romantic period, was skilled in counterpoint. He didn't go with the current trend of 19th century, and had pure and absolute manner to music. In the Romantic, the major form of clarinet repertories was concerto or characteristic piece, however, the form of sonata was rare. Brahms's clarinet sonatas directly inspired of Reger's two Op. 49 sonatas, and the thesis will do deep research and discussion to the first sonata for clarinet and piano, Op. 49.
