I collected the data from (1) interviewing four chosen young children individually. (2)interviewing two staff members who take care of these four young children individually. (3) The notes of observing interaction between the volunteers and the young children. (Including the description of an observer and a few times dialog with the volunteers.) (4) The magazines and website of the institution. Through this research, we can see the whole image of the young children to the volunteers, including how they identify the volunteers, how much they understand about the purpose why the volunteers come to visit them, how they participate in the activities, and how their interaction during the activities. The institution has various resources of volunteer service. But after the momentary happiness, in one hand, we can see the young children want to be concerned. In another hand, experiencing a series of separations with parents, relatives or volunteers, young children have used to facing separation, and begin to develop their own way to adjust it. At the end of the report, I would like to propose some suggestions to the institution about how to manage the volunteers, and combine the resilient viewpoint, I would like to propose some suggestions to the volunteer himself and the volunteer groups, too.
